QUALITY POLICY OF THE ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT DIVISION

QUALITY OBJECTIVES OF THE ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT DIVISION

  • To ensure that Offer of Admission letters are sent according to the time span that has been established by the Student Entry Management Division (BPKP), Ministry of Higher Education.
  • To ensure that entry to USIM applications fulfill the entry requirements that have been stipulated.
  • To ensure that the list of courses that had been registered by the students is ready for printing at the latest one (1) work day before the registration date as determined by the Academic Calendar.
  • To ensure that the process of course dropping, adding, and withdrawing is conducted at the latest within a period of two (2) work days from the date an application is received.
  • To ensure that the lecture timetable is ready for printing by students at the latest within a period of three (3) work days before the registration date as determined by the Academic Calendar.
  • To ensure that the lecture timetable is ready for printing by the academic staff at the latest within a period of three (3) work days before the registration date as determined by the Academic Calendar.
  • To ensure that the physical facilities for the process of teaching and learning are coordinated at the latest seven (7) work days prior to the commencement of lectures.
  • To ensure that the semester final examination question paper of a certain course that is received from a faculty/centre follows the format that had been determined.
  • To ensure that a semester final examination question paper is received at the latest 30 work days before the date of an examination.
  • To ensure that a semester final examination question paper is printed at the latest seven (7) days before the date of an examination.
  • To ensure that a semester final examination question paper is available at the final examination hall at least 30 minutes before the examination is scheduled to begin.
  • To ensure that students receive the results of the semester final examination through the eWadi system after these results are approved by the University Senate and the results slip can be obtained at the faculty at least five (5) work days after the University Senate meets.
